The fact that it records audio. It doesn't really work as a viable surveillance tool because video files take up so much space without much needed compression. Sexually explicit or offensive language. The fact I can record from my easycap.

I couldn't even get it to make a viable video file. I have only run AMCap on Windows 7, where it has performed flawlessly.
